Book Overview

I am reading the book "Kissing Doorknobs." I will not be reading this for longer then today. It does not meet the 250 page limit but it is just what I read for today. Right now in the book. The main character is pretty much just introducing herself. She seems pretty crazy. She has a severe case of obsessive compulsive disorder. Worse then I have ever heard of or experienced. The Phrase "step on a crack, break your mamas back" gets to ehr likt nothing before. It is constantly going through her head like a record on repeat. She is constantly hearing this phrase. For a while it is just really annoying to her and wont get out of her head. After a while, she finally starts getting worried about this phrase. She drives herself so nuts after a while that she begins thinking about nothing other than this. She begins counting the cracks in every sidewalk she steps fot on and she does anything she can to not step on them. iIt is a huge supersticion of hers. She gets so bad that she stares at the ground all the way to school and she will not talk to anyone, not even her friends, because then she will loose track of counting of the cracks in the sidewalk. If she does get inturrupted and she looses track of count then this means she will have turn around and go all the way home and start her walk to school all over again. If this means shes late for school then she is late for school. School is the last thing on her mind. She only cares about counting these cracks. She is even loosing friends over it because she is ignoring all of them.
